Every transformation project I've watched up close started the same way: buy the platform, announce the change, expect the results to follow. The software shows up. The old habits stay. Six months later the tool is a more expensive way to do exactly what they did before.
The change that matters isn't installed. It's in how people actually work: who decides, how work moves, what they stop doing to make room for the new thing. That part is slow and human, and it's the part most plans skip because it can't be bought.
I'd rather start with one team genuinely working differently than a whole company with new logins and old behavior. Tools are easy. New habits are the actual transformation.
