My name is Peter Loebbecke, and I serve as a Creative Director specializing in the intersection of strategy and design.

Throughout my career, I have effectively integrated bold creativity with innovative strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams to build brands, develop compelling campaigns, and generate measurable business results. Exceptional creative work possesses aesthetic appeal and delivers substantial outcomes, whether it involves shaping a company’s identity, optimizing marketing systems, or designing user-friendly experiences.

Currently, I am Senior Creative Director at Sounding Board, Inc., where I was the ninth employee. I have contributed significantly to the organization’s growth, advancing from $1 million in seed funding to over $30 million. Presently, Sounding Board employs 154 individuals and serves clients within the Fortune 500, solidifying its status as a leading firm in the leadership development sector with global coaching services. Throughout this journey, I have acquired valuable experience in team leadership and creating new revenue streams while helping to establish the company as a frontrunner in a rapidly evolving industry.

Additionally, I spearheaded the integration of artificial intelligence technologies within the marketing department, instituting initiatives that utilize AI to optimize campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operational processes. This strategic approach has positioned our organization at the forefront of marketing technologies and has fostered ongoing innovation.

Before my tenure at Sounding Board, I was Senior Art Director at Lotus Innovations, LLC, a private equity firm focused on technology enterprises. Such opportunities are rare for creatives; in this capacity, I developed and led marketing teams and systems to increase portfolio companies’ value. I established a marketing workflow facilitating alignment between sales and marketing, directly contributing to revenue growth. The fund’s valuation increased to $65 million during my time there. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in formulating brand strategy, digital content, and UI/UX design for SaaS products serving international telecommunications firms.

Previously, I served as the Director of Marketing Communications at BioGenome Therapeutics, where I led brand strategy, visual design, and website development for an innovative cancer treatment protocol. As a member of a larger team, I contributed to strategic branding initiatives that garnered over $5 million in startup capital, thereby establishing a robust foundation for growth. My experience also includes consulting for business service and digital transformation firms, where I have led digital transformations and refined brand identities.
